What does MISA look like?

What does MISA look like?

The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) has developed practice tests to provide supervisors, teachers, students, and parents an opportunity to become familiar with the structure, layout, and tools that will be available on the Maryland Integrated Science Assessment (MISA)

The High School MISA (HS MISA) will be administrated on a new online platform, iTester. The accommodated forms, paper and large print, of the HS MISA will also be available. The HS MISA practice test can be accessed through the following link: https://maryland.onlinehelp.measuredprogress.org/practice-test-materials/

The online HS MISA Practice test can also be accessed through the HSA kiosk or online at https://hsapracticetest.measuredprogress.org/student.

Since each session will be administered for approximately 40 minutes, the assessment can be administered with a session given each day during a regular class period or multiple sessions can be administered in the same day. Each school system has the flexibility to administer it in a manner which will have the least amount of disruption to the school day.
