The high school Biology Public Release Forms are released by MSDE to provide examples of how students are assessed in Biology. The items included on these Public Release Forms measure students' knowledge of skills, processes, and concepts as stated in the Biology Core Learning Goal indicators.

For each item you can see which indicator the item measured, view field test data, take mini-assessments online, and print the form. For items administered prior to May 2009, you can view the rubric, listen to an explanation of the rubric and anchor papers used to score the constructed responses, and practice scoring actual student responses.
